What a month of sports it has been action packed football (world cup fever), Tennis (Wimbledon), Cricket (India-West Indies tour) and F1.

There has been lot of ups and downs during the month.

Rahul Dravid : Has proved that he has the qualities to captain and lead Indian team, so many questions have been raised on his captaincy, he was often compared with Ganguly, not an aggressive captain as him. However, he proved all his critics wrong. He has played one of the best innings in the last test match. The other day was watching his interview after the post match session on historic win over West Indies, as always he complemented the team.

Anil Kumble: The fast bowler of spin. The last time we watched him at the Caribbean was when he came up to bowl on the last day even after breaking his Jaw to see through India win, unfortunately he was not able to deliver. This time around, he came back with a bang and delivered when we needed the most. However, the irony is still there’s debate whether he should be in the team or not, or should he be playing in One day games.

Zinedine zidane: Every one who has seen him play in the match against Brazil will wonder why he going to retire from the Football arena. His magic was amazing, he carries such a huge respect, Brazil some how bowed to this guy before starting of the match. Clearly they were so nervous then France in the match.

Schumacher : When we think that he is out, he comes up with a bang. We just cannot stop this guy from wining.

Andre aggasi: Atlast he called his last day in tennis. Aggasi was really superb in his early days. The amount of rivalry he and sampras had was great to watch in the court. KUDOS to the great player.
